Privacy Disclosure Notice
Alpha Credit Services has been and will continue to be bound by professional standards and confidentiality that are even more stringent than those required by law. Therefore, we have always protected your rights to privacy.
Types of Non-Public Information We Collect
We collect non-public information about you provided to us by you or obtained by us with your permission.
Parties to Whom We Disclose Information
For current and former clients, we do not disclose any non-public personal information obtained in the course of our practice except as required or permitted by law. Permitted disclosures include, for instance, providing information to our employees, and in limited situations, to unrelated third parties who need to know that information to assist us in providing services to you. In all such situations, we stress the confidential nature of information being shared.
Protecting the Confidentiality and Security of Information
We retain records relating to professional services that we provide so that we are better able to assist you with your needs and, in some cases, to comply with established guidelines. In order to guard your non-public personal information, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with our professional ethics, and the ability to provide you with quality services that are most important to us.
You may cancel your service at any time. Upon cancellation, services will be stopped, and you will only be liable for deletions already obtained, or for deletions that may be the result of an ongoing investigation with the credit reporting agencies (which may reflect on your credit reports in 30 days or less). To cancel, please notify us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org.
